We intended to use this bot to avoid the need to adding contributors to our GitHub org and incurring the enterprise seat cost

But we overlooked there was no ability to add comments using the bot

This is the policy bot by Palantir

However we have found another way (the new workflows for terratest work even for non org members provided they are in an allowlist). Now we just need to implement merge ops.
