How would I go about getting access to the helm 3 beta? See https://sweetops.slack.com/archives/CE2A5C206/p1579124985005300
Does anyone here know when the codefresh helm application catalog will support helm 3. As it stands now there is a required tiller namespace field…
Sorry @mfrohberg was out with flu last week. What is your Codefresh account name? I’ll turn on the beta features for you. I assume this is mainly for seeing the Helm Releases? Anything else specifically you’re reviewing?

What people are using to track their Codefresh builds? Anyone dumping CI/CD metrics to say Prometheus or Datadog? How would you do it given lack of support on CF side?
Yea, I’ve been wondering the same thing
Would be sweet to be able to scrape this into prometheus
I’d argue for a prometheus exporter format since that’s supported by many SaaS (including datadog)
2020-02-13
agreed on prometheus
we’re kinda hitting a wall with codefresh there - it’s becoming a blocker
Yeah, I’ve been desperately wanting some reporting features. I don’t know how well I’m utilizing my concurrency, I can’t see how many builds are being run / failing / whatever. It’s pretty lacking.
I suppose I could add a step at the beginning of all my pipelines to throw some metrics out, and one at the end, and do some comparing, but that feels…. janky
I shouldn’t need to build a little metrics API shim for my CI/CD lol
@Vidhya Vijayakumar
@Alex Siegman I totally understand where you are coming from. Something that I am sure we can request with Engineering. I think a lot of our customers would benefit from this as well. That said, I know we have done some on-demand reports (Not a graph or dashboard of any means) that can give you an idea of the build information you are requesting.
Why don’t I file a ticket to start us off and then if you can provide the specific information you are interested in and we can see whats doable.
In parallel I will also set up this feature request with Engineering to get an idea of what the plans/timelines are to support a dashboard.
Thanks @Vidhya Vijayakumar, I’ll be the first to admit I’ve been hoping for this and haven’t filed a feature request, so the blame starts with me
A great first feature might just be to make those on-demand reports available in the UI somewhere.
I believe these are being generated by our Dev team manually and on-demand. So, I would prefer to have a better solution for this myself.
