[Hiring] [Global] [Remote]
We provide DevOps solutions for a variety of customers with open roles across a few of them. These clients are largely unsophisticated and their infrastructure is not scaling smoothly.
The work will focus on diving into the client systems to become the "expert" so that we can share and implement best practices. The ability to dive in and learn quickly is the most important characteristic we're looking for.
Right now, our largest client is focused on big data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Presto. The tooling is in Ruby, Python, and Go. The stack is a mixture of Kubernetes and some older Chef-based environments. We are replatforming to kubernetes. The role will be a mix of that (sprint based) and acting as escalation for issues relating to the platform "as we do the re-platform". The shop still runs while we transform it! The idea being we get exposure to real problems so that we can better design the correct solution. Another one of our clients is in a similar setup but with a PHP app.
We don't expect anyone to be an expert in any of those technologies, but a deep DevOps/SRE and Linux System Engineering background and a willingness to learn is critical.
We're currently looking for folks who are passionate about the work, learning and elevating themselves. We are looking for folks to work in APAC, EMEA and US timezones.
Please send your CV to [email protected] -- please include your compensation expectations, your location and preferred working timezone.
Is this opportunity still open? I would love to apply for the position Experience: 2.5 years +

! Important note: my current capacity is 20 hours/week.
Hi!
I’m an experienced cloud operations engineer/SRE, for the past 9 years I’ve been working around web services and infrastructures, taking care of everything that concerns applications’ stability and proper functioning.
I have experience designing, planning and executing on-prem to cloud migrations, cloud infra overhauling and web services scaling as well as with normal daily operations for small/mid size start-ups and e-commerce companies . I’m investing heavily in following the best practices and rigid procedures, making sure services run in a secure and reliable fashion.
My tech stack: AWS, Linux, Kubernetes, IaC(Terraform/Ansible/Packer), CI/CD, monitoring/alerting, event-driven architectures and everything in between.
What can I help you with?
- Cloud infrastructure designing, administration and improvement
- Enhancement of web services’ reliability and scalability
- Introduction or improvement of administration processes
Why would you hire me? I care deeply about good system administration and solid engineering. “It will do” is something I wince at. I can help you stop worrying about infrastructure things and succeed in what you can do best.
My modus operandi is asynchronous communication and personal contribution. I’m located in UTC+1, can work both within Europe and US time zones.
Please feel free to reach out for a free no-strings-attached 30 minutes discovery call. Looking forward to speaking with you!
Hey! would love to chat. here is our JD:

If you are passionate about working on 100% open-source software and eager to contribute to a cutting-edge DevOps Platform as a Service, we encourage you to read on.
We are a small team building a platform for teams who need the scale of Kubernetes and features like security, networking, logging, alerting, and monitoring but want the simplicity of an out-of-the-box, managed solution.

The role would have the opportunity to contribute to our platform in the following areas: • Developer Experience • Cluster scaling • Custom CRDs • Cloud-Agnostic platform deployment Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Kubernetes
- Internal Developer Platforms / DevX
- Cloud Networking (e.g., VPC Peering, NAT Gateways, L4/L7 load balancers)
