@Erik Osterman (Cloud Posse) What do you regret buying? I bought the Elgato CamLink 4K recently to use with my Sony A6300 mirrorless camera.
I spent so much time researching stuff and asking around.
Do you use the Sony A6300 as your webcam too?

What are you thinking about getting?
haven’t pursued that seriously yet (with intent to buy) - but my thinking is one of the sony HD camcorders that natively supports operating like a webcam.
Would a ring or other light like that system assist with backlighting? My office has windows on 3 walls and isn’t really suited for me to position my desk facing the windows. I’m always backlit on calls. I’ve replaced my window shades with a double layer shade which helped but its not great
I think so long as you get more light in front that behind, but led lights might not be strong enough.
