#cloudposse (2022-03)

I need this change that’s in the PR so I made these changes in my fork but a few things I’m unclear on https://github.com/cloudposse/terraform-github-repository-webhooks/pull/35#pullrequestreview-822130779
Mark the new release as a breaking change. how do we do this? The guide suggests major version increase https://docs.cloudposse.com/community/faq/ but that seems to be done by the release process.

Also, I’ve only tested one of the migration techniques - replacing the provider. I could write up something up, should that go in the readme?
